Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my member limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You won't lose any data or access -- we'll simply recommend upgrading to accommodate your growing club. There's a 30-day grace period to make the switch.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
What POS systems do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, and Shopify POS. More integrations are added regularly. Enterprise plans can request custom POS integrations.
How does the revenue share option work?
Instead of a monthly fee, you can opt for a 3% transaction fee on member purchases tracked through BrewClub Hub. This is great for seasonal breweries or those just getting started with lower volume. You can switch between pricing models at any time.
