1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrewClub Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using BrewClub Hub on behalf of a brewery or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

BrewClub Hub provides brewery membership management tools including member tracking, perk management, POS integration, digital membership cards, analytics, and marketing tools. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Accounts & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BrewClub Hub only for lawful purposes related to brewery membership management. You must comply with all applicable alcohol-related regulations in your jurisdiction, including discount and promotional limitations. BrewClub Hub includes compliance features but does not provide legal advice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into BrewClub Hub, including member information, brewery details, and perk configurations. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

BrewClub Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
