We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, brewery details, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to BrewClub Hub. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve our service.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmations, membership updates), and communicate about new features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Stripe for payment processing. All data transfers are encrypted via TLS.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and POS systems (Toast, Square) as configured by brewery owners. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@brewclubhub.com. Brewery owners can export or delete member data from their dashboard at any time.
